Please read it carefully before placing your order to understand your rights and responsibilities.

BUYER CANCELLATION

We understand that most shopping today happens on smartphones, where an accidental tap or change of mind can occur. If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. You can reach us using any of the contact methods provided at the end of this page. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or shipping preparation, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to make it right. If you receive a product in one of the following conditions, you may request a return or replacement.

Eligible products

  • Item arrives defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong item (size, color, or design).

Ineligible reasons

  • No longer need. Sorry but you have 24 hours to change your mind so we can't accept this reason
  • Wrong size. Each product came with its size chart for customer to choose their right size
  • Any other reasons due to customers' responsibilites.

How to process a return/replacement

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue or damage. Make sure the images clearly display the defect.

  • Allow 2–3 business days for us to review and investigate your request.

  • Check your email for our response and proposed solution.

Return or Replacement

  • Return & Refund:
    Once your return is approved and confirmed, we’ll initiate the refund process within 1–3 business days. Refunds generally take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 days due to banking processes. If you don’t see your refund after this timeframe, please contact us immediately.

  • Replacement:
    If you prefer, we’ll gladly send you a replacement item. The replacement must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
