ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL
When placing your order, please note that delivery time depends on two main factors — handling time and transit time.
1. Handling Time
This is the period between placing your order and when it’s ready for shipment (handed over to the carrier). Handling times vary by product type:

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Ladies’ Tops, etc.): 2–4 business days

Mugs: 1–3 business days
2. Transit Time

For U.S. Orders:
We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS. Most packages are delivered via the USPS local post system within 5–7 business days. -
For International Orders:
Shipments are handled through DHL eCommerce and transferred to the local postal service in the destination country. Average delivery time is 20–25 business days.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs inspections.

Orders are processed only when a valid and complete shipping address is provided. Invalid or incomplete addresses can delay processing.

A tracking link will be sent with every shipment so you can easily monitor your order’s progress.
SHIPPING RATE

The shipping fee for the first item is $4.99.

For orders with two or more items, an additional $2.50 is charged per extra item
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
We verify all shipping addresses using USPS address validation before processing.
If an address is found to be invalid or missing details:

Your order will be placed on hold until confirmation is received.

If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled.

You will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and complete before finalizing your purchase.
Packages returned due to invalid addresses cannot be re-shipped, as payments are processed once and we do not store billing details for additional charges.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
While we strive to ship every order promptly, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, such as:

Customs clearance delays for international shipments

ITEM NOT RECEIVE
If the estimated time frame has passed and you have not yet received your order, here’s what you should do:
- First, check the shipment status using the tracking link we provided.
- If the tracking status indicates "delivered," please check your mailbox and any locations where the mail carrier may have left your package.
- If you still cannot find it, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
- If the tracking status shows that the package is still in transit, kindly wait an additional 2-3 days before contacting us.
- If you missed the delivery, please contact the carrier to arrange a pickup or schedule a re-delivery.
- For US orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 20 days have passed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
- For international orders, if your parcel has not been successfully delivered and more than 35 days have elapsed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or a replacement.
